About Jane Paul

Having worked as an actress for 12 years in theatre, film and television, Jane turned her skills to pursuing a more holistic life. She trained as a Reiki practitioner, massage therapist and finally a firewalk instructor certified by the premiere firewalking school, Sundoor International Firewalking School. Having been chosen from instructors across the world, Jane was invited to train as a Master Firewalk Instructor in 2003. She was invited to study and work with her teacher, Peggy Dylan, at the heart of Sundoor in California. Over the years Jane has also worked with indigenous people from North and South America learning from their ancient yet relevant and powerful wisdom.

Jane weaves gentleness with strength, stillness with dynamism, and mixes it all with humour. Jane’s desire to work at a deeper level and continually grow in compassion has led to an ability to hold a safe space where others may explore.

Jane previously worked in the corporate world as a presenter and trainer (clients included Hewlett Packard, Motorola, Nortel and Diageo). She has an honours degree in Music and Theatre Studies and is a teacher of drama to 11 to 18 year olds.
