Using a range of creative, holistic and transformational disciplines, Creative Fire is dedicated to helping individuals, groups and companies become more open to creativity, so that:

Creative Fire was founded by Jane Paul because she saw the benefits of creative activities in helping to

• break down limiting beliefs
• remove trauma and heal
• increase confidence
• inspire individuals
• promote creative thinking
• build rapport and a positive ethos in groups

The ancient process of FIREWALKING is a profoundly transformative experience which achieves all of the benefits stated above.
